If you accept this position, you should note that ICF does monitor employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses, and also prohibits personal VPN connections.\nYou may be asked to travel once a quarter to an office.\nOur core work hours are 10am - 4pm Eastern Time with the option to start earlier or work later depending on your time zone.\nWhat You Will Do:\nInfrastructure Management: Utilize Terraform and Kubernetes to manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling.\nCloud Services: Leverage AWS services to ensure high availability, security, and performance of the application.\nDeployment Management: Coordinate and execute production deployments of new functionality weekly.\nOn-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support and incident resolution.\nAgile Practices: Operate within a Scrumban framework to support continuous delivery and iterative improvement.\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.\nCollaborate with development teams and security teams to ensure seamless deployment of features.\nMonitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.\nImplement security best practices and ensure compliance with federal standards.\nAutomate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability experience\n4+ years of excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking.\n4+ years of experience administering production Kubernetes environments, including Amazon EKS, Helm, ingress, RBAC, secrets, upgrades, observability, and GitOps delivery\nCandidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust\nUnited States Citizen or Green Card holder required\nCandidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.\nPreferred Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability experience\nExperience taking ownership of and improving an existing production cloud platform, including its architecture, automation, reliability, security, and operational practices.\nExperience with CloudFront, Route 53, ACM, Cognito, SQS, SNS, SES, Secrets Manager, S3, ECR, and cross-account AWS access patterns.\nAbility to self-organize, priorities and conduct research on multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a professional work environment.\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
