Your responsibilities include:\nApplication Design & Development\nContinue to build out an existing custom scoped application and visualizations using the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.\n\nMaintain ServiceNow applications, custom components, workflows, and integrations.\n\nLeverage industry best practices to create scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.\n\nSolution Architecture & Technical Leadership\nPartner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\nRecommend solution approaches, alternative designs, and implementation strategies that align with organizational objectives.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.\n\nPlatform Development & Customization\nCustomize, and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other platform technologies.\n\nConfigure platform capabilities, workflows, business rules, and user experiences to meet business requirements.\n\nBuild responsive user interfaces and visualizations utilizing technologies such as AngularJS, React, HTML5, CSS, and related frameworks.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with business and analytics teams to understand priorities and deliver effective technical solutions.\n\nCommunicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on emerging technologies, platform capabilities, and best practices.\n\nDelivery & Quality Assurance\nEnsure deliverables are complete, accurate, high-quality, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.\n\nParticipate in solution testing, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts to ensure reliable performance.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing across the team.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nStay current on ServiceNow platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance user experiences.\n\nContribute to the ongoing evolution of development standards and operational best practices.\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBasic Requirements\n5+ years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform.\n\nMust be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green card)\n\nCandidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with the government\n\nCandidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S. and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract, and laws do apply\n\nWhat you’ll bring:\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform capabilities, administration, customization, and scripting.\n\nExperience developing custom ServiceNow applications, and custom solutions.\n\nProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\n\nExperience with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML/JSON, REST services, and modern web development practices.\n\nHands-on experience designing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications.\n\nAbility to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHighly preferred: ITSM, ITOM, Scoped App experience\n\nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or other relevant credentials.\n\nKnowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and other platform AI features, with demonstrated experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments\n\nExperience working in fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environments.\n\nProfessional Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.\n\nStrong customer focus and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nPassion for innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.\n\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
