If you accept this position, you should note that ICF does monitor employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and prohibits personal VPN connections.\nYour responsibilities include:\nSolutionDiscovery & Design: Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understandand documentthebusiness outcomes andfunctional requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNowsolution designs.\n\nTechnical Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutionstoalign withthe designed requirements and ensure solutions meetindustry best practices.Develop andmaintaincomplex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.\n\nData Migration: Supportdata migrationdesign andactivities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.Validate that data is migrated to the most beneficial ServiceNow data structures,leveragingout-of-the-box data schemas before designing custom tables and fields.\n\nIntegration Management: Assistarchitects and senior developersin the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless end-to-end processes.\n\nTechnical Documentation: Create detailed documentation of configurations,customizations, data schemas, and other technical decisionsfor future reference.\n\nTesting and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations tovalidatefunctionality, data integrity, and user experience. Address any issues and perform necessary adjustments to ensure the solution meets the desired outcomes.\n\nUser Training: Supportend-user training to ensure a smooth adoption of the implemented solution.\n\nChange Management: Support change management efforts byassistingsenior developers, architects, andusers during the transition period, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.\n\nIncident and Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations. Collaborate with support teams to providetimelyresolution to incidents and problems.\n\nSecurity and Compliance: Adhere to security best practices and ensure that implemented solutions meet relevant compliance requirements.\n\nContinuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices to enhance the quality of implementations andmaintainexpertiseinthe platform.Continue certification and trainingprocessto meet Practice standards and growth areas and contribute to the continued success of the team.\n\nMentorship: Providetechnical guidance to Associate ServiceNow Developers. Support the growth of other Practice members to meet the needs of their role,the business, and future growth opportunities. Share solutions and lessons learned with the Practice.\n\nCollaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, other implementation specialists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and effective, regularcommunication, including risks, issues, successes, and overall project status.\n\nRequired Experiences and Certifications\n2 or more years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator\n\nMust have an active Top-Secret Security Clearance\n\nMust reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work within the United States.\n\nCertified in one or moreadditionalmainline certifications, with preference for:\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer ;\nCIS - Discovery ;\nCIS - IT Service Management ;\nCIS - Service Mapping ;\nCIS - Software Asset Management;\nCIS - Hardware Asset Management;\nCIS - Event Management;\nCIS - Performance Analytics;\nValuableSkills for this Role\nThe ideal candidate will also have:\nHands-on experience (>480 hourseach) configuring or building 5 or more ServiceNow applications\n\nIn-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices\n\nIn-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assistfeatures, AI Agentcapabilitiesand Integrations with third-party AI tools.\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles\n\nStrong scripting skillsinJavaScriptandGlideScript\n\nStrong technical skills, including workflow configuration, and business rule development\n\nExperience in customizing UI and creating complex workflows\n\nAn understanding of integration techniques with external systems\n\nExperiencetroubleshootingand resolvingtechnical issues\n\nDetail-orientedtendencieswith excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities\n\nThe ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams professionally\n\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
