This individual willbe responsible forestablishingthe technicalvision, guiding enterprise architecture decisions, and ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that support missionobjectives.\nWorking closely with the Program Manager and Government stakeholders, the Enterprise Solution Architect will lead and supervise architects, technical leads, and engineering teams while providing technical governance across multiple technology domains. This role requires broad enterprise architectureexpertise, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. The successful candidate will be able to balance missionobjectives, customer needs, operational realities, budget, schedule, security, and technical considerations to develop practical, sustainable solutions. They must be equally comfortable engaging with Government stakeholders on strategic priorities as they are collaborating with architects and engineers on technical implementation.\nJob Location\nRemote work within the United States is authorized. Must support US Eastern time zone working hours.\n*If you accept this position, you should note that ICF doesmonitoremployee work locations blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and prohibits personal VPN connections.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the program’s technical authority,establishingthe technical vision, enterprise architecture strategy, andmodernizationroadmap.\n\nLead, mentor, and develop architects, technical leads, and engineering teams while promoting a high-performing, collaborative environment.\n\nPartner with Program Managers and Government stakeholders to align technical solutions with missionobjectives, business priorities, and program goals.\n\nTranslate business and operational requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.\n\nLead the design and evolution of enterprise architectures across cloud, applications, data, integrations, and customer-facing platforms.\n\nDrive modernization initiatives through cloud-native architectures, API-driven solutions, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, andDevSecOpspractices.\n\nEstablish architecture governance, engineering standards, review processes, and best practices to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies, solution alternatives, and architectural approaches while balancing security, cost, performance, and maintainability.\n\nLead architecture reviews, approve major technical designs, andidentifyand mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and architectural debt.\n\nEnsure compliance with federal security, privacy, accessibility, and operational requirements across all solution designs.\n\nServe as the primary technical advisor to Government stakeholders, presenting technical strategies and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nFoster collaboration across stakeholders, architects, engineers, operations teams, and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.\n\nBasic Qualifications\nAbility to obtain andmaintaina Public Trustbackground check.\n\nMustresidein the United States, and work must be performed within the United States.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, ora relatedtechnical discipline.\n\n12+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.\n\n7+ years of experience serving in a solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior technical leadership role\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional.\n\nSalesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certification.\n\nExperience leading and supervising architects, engineering leads, and multidisciplinary technical teams.\n\nExperience designing enterprise cloud solutionsutilizingAmazon Web Services (AWS).\n\nExperience designing enterprise solutionsutilizingSalesforce.\n\nExperience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-native application architectures.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise modernization, customer engagement, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.\n\nExperience with enterprise contact center technologies or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.\n\nExperience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and customer engagement solutions.\n\nExperience implementing AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code,automation, andDevSecOpspractices.\n\nExperience working within FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments.\n\nTOGAF, ITIL Foundation, or comparable architecture certification.\n\nProfessional Skills\nDemonstrated technical leadership and supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary technical organizations.\n\nStrong business acumen with the ability to balance missionobjectives, customer expectations, technical constraints, operational requirements, cost, schedule, and risk.\n\nProven ability to build trusted relationships with Government stakeholders and influence technical and business decisions.\n\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical enterprise technology solutions.\n\nStrong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\n\nStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with Government stakeholders, program leadership, architects, engineers, and operations teams.\n\nDemonstrated systems thinking with the ability to understand how technology decisions affect business operations, customer experience, and long-term program success.\n\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
