Team Lead – Programme & Project Management- PMU

Key responsibilities:

· Overall programme and project management support, including coordination with key stakeholders and internal divisions.

· Support regulatory coordination and integration of good practices for scheme execution and governance.

· Lead preparation and oversight of scheme-level standard documents, including Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), implementation manuals/quality documents and master decks for reviews.

· Develop background notes, analytical briefs and presentation material for high-level reviews and decision forums.

· Drive daily progress and performance analysis, issue resolution discipline and reporting quality across PMU workstreams.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Renewable Energy/Power Systems) AND Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from NIT/IIT and Master’s degree from IIT/IIM

Minimum experience: 12+ years of relevant experience.

Specific Project Experience: 3+ years’ experience with Central Govt./State Govts/ Agencies in India, on Rooftop Solar.

Preferred competencies / skills:

· Strong programme management and governance discipline (cadence, action tracking, closure).

· Ability to translate complex issues into crisp briefs and executive-ready presentations.

· Stakeholder coordination capability across government, utilities, vendors and programme agencies.

· Strong analytical thinking and comfort with performance metrics and dashboards.

Location: New Delhi, Client loaction

Deployment: Full-time, onsite.
