This person will help coordinate the execution of projects by assisting with the administration, setup, and on-going monitoring of projects, manage data flow between clients and ICF, establish and update work product standards, review work products for adherence to company standards, and as well as have a key role in development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. Team members at ICF have an opportunity to apply their experience and academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, and interact with experts and clients in the field, while building content knowledge and consulting skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Editing of Project Deliverables\nEstablish and Manage Project Setup Form \n(form is to be filled out by Project Manager (PM) or Project Coordinator (PC) and include (at a minimum) project team, date of first deliverable, billing summary, need for and dates that certificates & reliance letters are needed)\nArchiving of Project Setup Docs \nUpon receipt of job number, Project Coordinator is to update Project Setup form with charge codes, and place contract, Project Setup form, NDA’s, and other material in PM folder which has been set up by Project Coordinator\nCoordinate PM/PC updates & reviews of Project Invoices \nOversee Portfolio Level Billing Tracking Spreadsheet \ninformation within to be updated by PM/PC\nCoordinate with billing team to identify outstanding amounts\nVerify project closeout activities have been completed by PM/PC including archiving of final reports, certificates, and billing\nOversee development and management of deliverable templates\nCoordinate project data access/downloads\nOversee team share point, including project folders and other team resources\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 5 years of administrative experience\nDemonstrated organizational skills\nAbility to communicate and multi-task effectively\nHandle sensitive information in a confidential manner\nSelf-initiative and follow through to complete tasks with minimal supervision\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nAdministrative experience in a technical / engineering environment\nWriting or editing experience in a work or educational environment\nFamiliarity with Microsoft SharePoint\nProfessional Skills:\nCompletes tasks with minimal oversight in accordance with established procedures\nCommunicates with team members at all levels including peers, direct reports, and superiors\nUnderstands task expectations and how tasks fit in the overall project.\nWorks collaboratively with project team and client to define and achieve established goals.\nOrganizes written work in a manner that is clear, easy to follow, and tailored for the intended audience.\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
