Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.\n\n12+ years of experience working with an electric utility, EPC, or engineering consulting firm.\n\n10+ years of transmission line engineering experience (design, analysis, modeling, or similar).\n\nExperience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing project portfolios, resource planning, and financial performance.\n\nProject management experience with transmission projects ranging from 4kV-500kV, WBS, critical path, EV, SOV, milestone and change management methodologies.\n\nProficiency in PLS-CADD and transmission line engineering industry software tools & principles.\n\nAbility to travel for client presentations, field visits, industry conferences and project reviews.\n\nWhat we’d like you to have (preferred qualifications):\nStakeholder coordination experience involving internal and client led permitting, environmental, ROW, planning, procurement, geotechnical & constructability considerations.\n\nProven success in recruiting, developing, and retaining engineering talent.\n\nExperience with business development, client relationship management, and delegation of engineering tasks.\n\nProficiency in PLS-POLE, L-PILE, and/or MFAD.\n\nWorking knowledge of utility regulations and standards including NERC, FERC, NESC, ASCE, IEEE, ANSI, FAC-008, and FERC Order 881.\n\nExperience establishing engineering standards, QA/QC programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nStrong understanding of consulting business operations including utilization management, revenue forecasting, and departmental financial performance.\n\nExperience with Line routing, Structure spotting, Structural analysis and design, Foundation design, Hardware selection, Conductor and shield wire selection, Material specifications, and technical support during construction.\n\nExperience developing and writing client proposals including team buildup of T&M and fixed fee scopes of work, risk registers, schedules and client onboarding requirements.\n\nTo learn more about this team and how our grid engineering solutions help electric utilities balance cutting-edge technology with cost-efficiency and reliability> ICF Power Delivery Services\n\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
