An active Top Secret security clearance is required.\nCandidates must be U.S. citizens and perform all work in the United States.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead UX/UI planning and execution across digital products and user interfaces.\nConduct user research and usability evaluations to identify user needs and opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop information architecture, requirements, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and prototypes.\nEstablish UX/UI design direction and collaborate with development teams to support implementation.\nDevelop and maintain usability test plans and support internal and external usability testing.\nDefine and maintain the UX strategy, backlog, and roadmap.\nCollaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nDevelop analytics strategies and KPIs to help evaluate digital communications and user experience efforts.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant UX/UI experience.\nActive Top Secret security clearance.\nHigh school diploma plus relevant certifications.\n(such as UX certifications from General Assembly, Human Factors International, or Neilson Norman Group).\n1 + years of experience applying formal usability and user-centered design methods.\n1+ years of experience conducting user research and usability testing.\n1+ years of experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and prototypes.\n1+ years of experience providing UX/UI direction within multidisciplinary development teams.\n1+ year of experience with wireframing and design tools.\n1+ years of experience with the following: Photoshop, Illustrator and wireframing tools,HTML, CSS, JavaScript prototyping, MS Teams, SharePoint, forms\nStrong UX/UI portfolio demonstrating relevant work.\nU.S. citizenship required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree.\nPrevious experience supporting the FBI.\nStrong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.\nExperience working in federal government or other complex, regulated environments.\nExperience developing UX strategies, roadmaps, and product backlogs.\nExperience using analytics and KPIs to evaluate digital experiences.\nProfessional Skills:\nStrong user-centered design and systems-thinking skills.\nAbility to translate research findings and complex requirements into clear, usable digital experiences.\nAbility to communicate design rationale and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong collaboration skills across research, design, development, and client teams.\nAbility to balance user needs, technical constraints, and organizational requirements.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple UX activities across the product lifecycle.\n***Note that this is a contingent position\nBot and Third-Party Applications\nPlease note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
