You will work closely with teams across Client Reporting, Data Management, Finance and Investor Relations to ensure reporting is accurate, insightful and delivered to the highest standards.\nThe role offers significant exposure to private markets, broad stakeholder interaction and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements within a growing global business. We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nYour key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nSupport the production and delivery of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc fund performance reporting across multiple alternative asset strategies.\nPrepare and maintain fund performance reports, including performance attribution, portfolio analysis and supporting commentary.\nAnalyse fund and portfolio data to identify trends, explain performance drivers and ensure consistency of reporting outputs.\nCoordinate with investment, finance, data management and investor relations teams to gather information required for reporting deadlines.\nAssist with report review, approval and publication processes, ensuring all reporting materials meet internal quality standards.\nRespond to reporting-related queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.\nContribute to the ongoing enhancement of reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks.\nSupport the development and automation of reporting solutions to improve efficiency, scalability and data integrity.\nWork closely with the Data Management team to ensure the accuracy, consistency and completeness of underlying reporting data.\nParticipate in strategic reporting initiatives and projects as required.\nKey Requirements/ Qualifications\nYou will have demonstrable experience of:\n3-5 years' experience in fund reporting, fund accounting, performance reporting, fund administration or a related function within the asset management industry.\nExperience working with investment funds, with exposure to private markets, private equity, private debt or real assets considered advantageous.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nA proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.\nProgress towards a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA would be viewed favourably.\nDesirable but not essential\nExperience working with SQL, Power Query, ETL processes or other data transformation tools.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Power BI and data visualisation techniques.\nExposure to ESG-related reporting requirements and industry frameworks.\nExperience supporting process improvement, automation or reporting transformation initiatives.\nOur Global Benefits Framework is centered around these 3 key attributes:\nWellbeing - Supporting your mental, physical and financial wellbeing as well as your lifestyle needs.\nInclusivity - Fit for purpose and competitive, no matter who or where you are.\nLongevity - Long Term and sustainable in design.\nInclusion is one of ICG’s key values and we are committed to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace for everyone.
