This role is responsible for financial reporting, closing, statutory compliance, audit, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting. Working closely with operational leadership, providing financial insights, strengthen internal controls, and support business decision-making.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong manufacturing finance experience, leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nLead and oversee the Singapore entity’s financial operations, including month-end closing, statutory reporting, audits, and taxation.\n\nEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.\n\nPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and periodic management reports to support business performance analysis and decision-making.\n\nCoordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in alignment with business objectives.\n\nDevelop and implement accounting practices, financial frameworks, and internal controls to ensure compliance and strengthen financial processes.\n\nPartner with operational leadership to provide financial insights and support business decisions.\n\nOversee cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) management.\n\nLead, mentor, and develop the Finance team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 12 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\n\nProven experience in managing month-end closing, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit processes.\n\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls.\n\nHands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems.\n\nStrong leadership and team management capabilities.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with all levels of management,
