In this role, you will develop industrial automation and controls solutions, improve equipment performance, and support equipment build-out for an active high-volume production ramp. This is a great opportunity to work on hands-on automation projects from concept through implementation and build your expertise in industrial automation, controls, and manufacturing equipment.\nResponsibilities \nDesign, develop, and implement automation and controls solutions for manufacturing equipment and processes. \nIdentify and automate manual or repetitive processes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, capacity, and throughput. \nProgram, configure, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, motion control, robotics, and industrial control systems. \nLead or support automation projects from concept and design through installation, commissioning, validation, and production release. \nTroubleshoot equipment and controls issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions. \nPartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and external suppliers to develop and implement practical automation solutions. \nDevelop technical documentation, equipment specifications, work instructions, and operating procedures. \nAnalyze equipment and production data to identify performance trends and drive continuous improvement. \nProvide technical support and training to manufacturing and maintenance teams, while supporting the standardization of successful automation solutions. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Controls, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. \n3+ years of experience in automation, controls, equipment, or manufacturing engineering. \nHands-on experience with industrial automation, PLC/HMI, sensors, motors, and motion control. \nExperience with EtherCAT-based automation, CODESYS, TwinCAT, or similar platforms;
