You'll partner with our Salesforce operations team to build onto the mission-critical systems that are core to iCIMS' go-to-market success. configurations within Salesforce.\nDebug complex technical issues and deliver appropriate immediate fixes and long-term solutions.\nLead projects and focus groups with the goal of meeting business needs in alignment with long-term corporate technology goals.\nProtect Salesforce data according to iCIMS' data classification policies.\nDesign and develop integrations through native APIs and Mulesoft.\nProactively address system errors to provide both immediate resolution to problems as well as devise a proposed long-term fix for the issue.\nProactively ensure integrations run as scheduled and planned.\nParticipate in testing activities of transaction systems, reporting, and integration.\nParticipate in testing and validating system fixes and enhancements and assist with user acceptance testing.\nAssist with the configuration of existing applications.\nEnhance existing components of current systems (new functionality, queries, reports, etc.).\nImplement third-party products to work with the application.\nLead and support various ad hoc projects, as needed.\n\nQualifications:\nAt least 5 years of progressive experience working with Salesforce development projects and deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform.\nSalesforce Platform Developer certification.\nStrong knowledge of software development life cycles, systems engineering, and business process re-engineering.\nExperience with system integrations, preferably involving Salesforce.com and Mulesoft.\nExperience with web services and APIs in Salesforce: REST, Tooling, Metadata, SOAP.\nKnowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleaning, and security.\nAbility to see and understand overall technical architecture to ensure system integrity through a high volume of iterative changes.\nHigh-level knowledge of project management, software development cadence, and a high level of demonstrated organizational skills.\nProficient with Apex, Lightning Components, all Salesforce Automation Builder tools (Flow, Process Builder), and JavaScript.\nHands-on experience with Visual Studio Code IDE, GitHub, and Jira.\nExperience with Agile methodology project organization (Scrum).\nSkills\nApex, MuleSoft, Salesforce,
