You will work closely with colleagues across the site to promote safe working practices, ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to operational excellence.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of the QEHS Management System.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and applicable HSE legislation.\nLiaise with regulatory bodies in collaboration with Site Management.\nPrepare and deliver reports on HSE performance and effectiveness to site leadership and global stakeholders.\nParticipate in global and local meetings, presenting updates and progress where required.\nCoordinate the completion and review of Occupational Health & Safety risk assessments.\nManage the internal HSE audit programme and maintain the non-conformance log.\nDeliver HSE induction training for new employees and contractors.\nPromote awareness of quality, environmental and occupational health & safety requirements throughout the business.\nMonitor site KPI performance and support reporting to global EHS functions.\nLead HSE committee activities and promote a positive safety culture.\nSupport the implementation and monitoring of manufacturing quality standards.\nConduct compliance audits, document reviews, workplace inspections and regular safety walks.\nSupport quality-related initiatives and continuous improvement projects.\nAbout you\nYou are an organized and proactive HSE professional with a hands-on approach and a genuine commitment to creating a safe and compliant working environment.
