This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end import-export activities, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and maintaining seamless coordination among global teams, customers, distributors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations for India, ensuring timely execution of shipments.\nPrepare, review, verify, and maintain all import-export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs-related documents.\nAct as the primary liaison between the ICL Israel and ICL Hong Kong teams for all import-export activities related to India operations.\nCoordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers, distributors, agents, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement.\nMonitor shipment schedules, track consignments, and proactively address operational issues to minimize delays.\nEnsure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, company policies, and local statutory requirements.\nMaintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, shipment status, courier movements, sample dispatches, logistics costs, and supporting documents.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related Science discipline.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in Import-Export Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.\nStrong understanding of import-export documentation, shipping processes, customs regulations, and international logistics operations.\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones.\nExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within the chemical, specialty chemical, manufacturing, logistics, industrial products, or related sectors.\nExposure to hazardous goods transportation, chemical logistics, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nKnowledge of ISO tank operations, dangerous goods documentation, and international shipping standards.\nFamiliarity with global trade regulations and import-export compliance procedures.\nExperience working in a multinational environment with cross-functional global teams.\nThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a
