While with us, your deliverables shall have two components:\n1. Project based: Giving candidate exposure to multimillion value capex/opex projects, process improvement projects in a time bound ecosystem. There shall be multiple opportunities for such projects and exact project details can be worked out after understanding selected candidate’s interest area/expertise and ongoing requirement.\n2. Operational: Giving you exposure into day to day working of procurement professional in a diverse ecosystem such as ours. On operational aspect, you are expected to support colleagues by - Active participation in sourcing activities; Assisting the Global Sourcing Manager and/or Operational Buyers in preparing the tender document.\nFollowing up deliveries/commitments and order confirmations with suppliers\nReviewing, preparing, verifying and/or approving financial and business transactions within established frameworks and guidelines\nSupport in Issuing purchase orders/call-offs in SAP system; Contract Upload in internal data management system\nSupport the team in reporting/ BI report testing\nCarrying out market analysis on various categories\nTransactional procurement support and understanding procurement process\nWho we are looking for:\nmust be studying at a Dutch university and living in The Netherlands\nMaster’s student (preferably of Purchasing & supply chain)\nAvailable 3 - 5 days per week for 3 - 6 months\nProactive and accurate attitude\nAbility to work in a team environment\nDetail-oriented mindset\nGreat Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills; VBA/Macro knowledge would be advantageous\nLanguages: English is a must.
