What will I get to do in this position?\nInventory & Order Management\nMaintain accurate inventory records and process inventory transactions.\nEnter production, receiving, and inventory data into company systems.\nSupport inventory counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nAssist with invoice and document processing.\nCustomer & Production Coordination\nCreate and manage customer sales orders.\nTrack open orders and provide order status updates.\nPartner with production, customer service, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.\nAssist with customer inquiries related to inventory, pricing, and shipments.\nShipping & Logistics\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams.\nPrepare shipping documentation and schedule freight.\nMonitor shipments and help resolve transportation issues.\nLabeling & Documentation\nCreate and maintain product labels and related documentation.\nEnsure labels are accurate and available to support production.\nWhat skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nMinimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, customer service, order processing, bookkeeping, or manufacturing administration\nExperience with QuickBooks or similar inventory/accounting software required\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong organizational and recordkeeping skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently.\nUnderstanding of inventory management, shipping, and logistics processes.\nCommunicate issues proactively and professionally.\nWhat will set me apart?\nAssociate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field preferred\nICL will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
