What will I get to do in this position?\nAccountable for performance to Lab goals\nConduct product testing per sample/analysis plans. Products include raw materials, intermediate products, finished products, and Technical Service samples\nMaintain accurate and timely analysis reports including entering data in various computer systems\nMaintain laboratory equipment including routine maintenance\nComplete daily SPC activities and use SPC principles and tools to identify problem areas and areas for improvement\nTrain other laboratory or plant personnel in analytical techniques and lab methods and equipment\nMaintain housekeeping standard including clean work areas\nDump all lab samples in approved containers\nRetain laboratory samples\nAdhere to plant policies, especially safety rules and proper PPE\nWash laboratory glassware and plant sample containers. Remove dirty glassware and stock clean glassware\nComplete other projects as directed, and all other tasks/duties as assigned\nSupport production process improvement efforts\nWhat skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?\nPursuing a B.S. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry or another related field\nMust have completed their sophomore year or senior of university studies\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
