This position will operate in 3 fertilizer coating lines which goes from raw material to packaging, and then to warehousing.\nICL Specialty Fertilizers has a manufacturing plant in North Charleston, SC. The facility manufactures controlled-release fertilizer brands Osmocote®, Agroblen®, and Agrocote®. The sites run on a 24 x 6 basis and shifts assignments are on a 12-hour basis that does involve occasional overtime, weekends, and holiday coverage as necessary.\nWe are currently seeking qualified candidates for this position. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to reviewing applications from talented individuals in our local area.\nWhat skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment or related industry. \nWilling and able to work 12 hour day and night shifts including occasional overtime, weekends, and provide shift coverage as\nnecessary. \nCapable of serving as the production leader to ensure all coating and blending are operating as intended.\nDemonstrated ability to safely perform all project tasks with quality.\nThe understanding and ability to promote continuous improvements.\nA fast learner of complex production environments with the ability to troubleshoot.\nProven ability to multi-task while staying productive, adaptive, and self-motivated.\nCan effectively coordinate and plan with available resources.\nWhat will set me apart?\nExperience and understanding of process control.\nProduction overview experience\nControl room experience\nPPE\nAt ICL, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is a top priority.
