What will I get to do in this position?\nManage the daily activities of the electrical and mechanical maintenance teams, maintain a strong, visible presence in the Plant. \nProvide expertise to Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and contractors to resolve complex issues. \nPlan and schedule work orders while ensuring equipment reliability across the plant. \nEnsure equipment reliability\nImprove maintenance methodology (Leadership, Planning & Scheduling, Skills Development, Root Cause Analysis, Workshop & Facilities, Engineering Interface, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Technical Database, Storeroom Management)\nEnsure ESH Compliance by participating in and supporting safety and environmental programs (BBS, Safety Meetings, Contractor/Guest Safety, cGMP, OSHA/EPA/FDA/DOT, etc.)\nWhat skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?\nHigh School diploma or GED required\nMinimum of 3 years plant maintenance experience\nBasic knowledge of all crafts: mechanical, electrical, instrumentation\nStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills\nDemonstrated leadership and change management skills\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization\nStrong Organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks with overlapping or conflicting priorities. \nWhat will set me apart?\nPreferred: Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (Engineering, Maintenance, Instrumentation, etc.)\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE):\nAt ICL, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is a top priority.
