Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Operations & Payroll Manager, HR colleagues, Finance, pension administrators and employees to ensure payroll processes are executed accurately, on time and in compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.\nThis is a hands-on role with responsibilities across payroll administration, payroll compliance, reporting, reconciliations and employee support.\nSuccess in this role requires a strong focus on quality, accuracy, confidentiality, service excellence and continuous improvement.\nYour Responsibilities\nCoordinate and execute the monthly payroll process for five Dutch legal entities.\nProcess and validate payroll transactions, including salary changes, bonuses, allowances, benefits and deductions.\nEnsure timely and accurate payroll processing in accordance with payroll calendars and deadlines.\nSupport payroll tax declarations and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.\nCarry out administration activities, including reporting and reconciliations with providers and vendors.\nPrepare payroll reports and support payroll accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.\nMaintain accurate payroll records and employee documentation.\nRespond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, managers and HR colleagues in a professional and service-oriented manner.\nSupport internal and external audits and ensure compliance with payroll controls, policies and procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiency and service delivery.\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for a payroll professional who combines accuracy and attention to detail with a strong customer-service mindset.\nYou bring:\n3-5 years of payroll administration experience.\nGood knowledge of Dutch payroll administration, payroll tax and social security legislation.\nA Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) or willingness to obtain the qualification.\nExperience processing payroll for multiple legal entities is an advantage.\nStrong administrative, analytical and organizational skills.\nGood Excel skills and experience working with HR and payroll systems.\nFluency in Dutch and English.\nA reliable, discreet and professional approach to handling confidential information.\nWho You Are\nAccurate and detail-oriented.\nService-minded and approachable.\nProactive and solution-focused.\nWell-organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nAble to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.\nA team player who collaborates effectively with a range of stakeholders.\nCommitted to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.\nLocation: Amsterdam, European Headquarters.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic international organization where you can further develop your payroll expertise while making a direct impact on the employee experience.
