What will I get to do in this position?\nSafely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.\nReceive, unload, move, stage, and load materials within the warehouse.\nVerify product quantities, SKU numbers, lot/batch numbers, and labels before movement or shipment.\nSupport shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and inventory transactions.\nPerform inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records.\nAssist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory discrepancy investigations.\nConduct visual inspections to identify damaged or non-conforming materials.\nEnsure materials are quality released before transfer or shipment.\nMaintain product traceability and warehouse organization.\nFollow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.\nWhat skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nMinimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience in manufacturing or similar industry.\nForklift operating experience and ability to maintain forklift certification. Ability to accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation and interpret work instructions, inventory records, and shipping documents.\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn an ERP and inventory systems.\nGood communication and organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.\nAbility to work independently and make sound decisions.\nAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and operating material handling equipment.\nWhat will set me apart?\nCurrent forklift certification.\n3+ year in a manufacturing, chemical, or distribution environment.\nExperience with inventory management processes, including cycle counting and reconciliation.\n1+ year of ERP system experience and proficiency with Microsoft\nOffice applications. \nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE):\nAt ICL, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is a top priority.
