What will I get to do in this position?\nWork closely with the planning and warehouse teams to plan and manage optimal inventory levels, balancing service against operating efficiency.\nEngage with different departments and global teams to gain a holistic understanding of the organization's supply chain operations.\nRegularly update management on the status of the distribution network in North America. \nAssist in preparing monthly reports to interface with international partners to maintain target inventory levels in North America.\nWhat skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?\nPursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or related field.\nCompleted Sophomore year of college.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP.\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and effectively communicate ideas and finding.\nMinimal to no travel required.\nMust be able to manage multiple priorities and possess a high level of organizational skill. \nMust be able to work in an office environment aligned with the hybrid work schedule in place at ICL. \nWhat will set me apart?\nDemonstrated experience or coursework in project management or organizational strategies.\nFamiliarity with business process mapping tools or software such as Microsoft Visio.\nDemonstrated ability to take the lead on projects and a keen interest in driving improvements.\nICL will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
