You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to turn ambitious ideas into fast, reliable, beautifully crafted mobile experiences.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead, mentor, and grow a talented team of mobile and frontend engineers. \nSet the technical direction and development strategy for our mobile platforms. \nDrive the delivery of high-quality iOS and Android applications from concept through release. \nPartner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into exceptional mobile experiences. \nEstablish engineering best practices around architecture, testing, performance, security, and release management. \nCoach engineers through career development, technical challenges, and leadership opportunities. \nBalance hands-on technical involvement with effective team and project leadership. \nChampion a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. \nWhat You Bring\nProven experienceleading and/or managing mobile engineering teams. \nStrong experience developing production-quality mobile applications. \nExperience with iOS, Android, or cross-platform technologies such as Swift and Kotlin.
