You own how and when it gets delivered: the plan, timeline, dependencies, process, release coordination, and visibility around delivery.\niClosed is a profit maximizer for high-ticket sales teams, helping them make more - much more - by plugging in iClosed. We work with customers like , Iman Gadzhi, Whop, , and thousands of users.\nOur product moves fast, and we need someone who can bring structure to that speed. You'll run the full software development lifecycle, challenge timelines when they don't make sense, surface risks before they become delays, and make sure releases move cleanly from planning through production.\nThis is not a passive project coordinator role. You own delivery.\nWhat You'll Own\nSoftware Delivery\nOwn the SDLC end to end - from ticket readiness through development, QA, release, and post-release verification.\nTurn product priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, owners, and timelines.\nBreak epics into deliverable phases and manage dependencies across teams.\nIdentify delivery risks early and escalate before they turn into missed deadlines.\nKeep every initiative moving and make ownership clear at every stage.\nAgile Process\nRun sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.\nTrack velocity, throughput, burn-down, and other relevant delivery metrics.\nKeep tickets, boards, ownership, and workflows clean and accurate.\nContinuously improve the way Engineering, QA, Design, and Product work together.\nStrengthen processes around definition of done, QA handoff, branching, deployment, and release readiness.\nRelease Management\nOwn the release calendar and coordinate deployments across teams.\nManage release readiness, go/no-go decisions, rollback preparation, and post-release verification.\nCoordinate hotfixes and urgent production releases when required.\nEnsure release notes and relevant documentation are completed.\nMake sure everyone involved knows exactly what is shipping, when, and who owns each step.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate Engineering, QA, Design, and Product so dependencies don't become blockers.\nWork closely with Product Managers on scope, sequencing, delivery trade-offs, and realistic timelines.\nChallenge estimates where needed and push for clarity when scope or ownership is ambiguous.\nMake sure handoffs between teams happen cleanly and nothing gets dropped.\nReporting & Visibility\nGive leadership clear visibility into delivery status, risks, timelines, and blockers.\nReport progress using meaningful delivery metrics rather than vague status updates.\nEscalate quickly when something is off track.\nKeep upcoming releases and priorities visible across the organization.\nWho We're Looking For\nRequired\n3-6 years managing delivery of SaaS products in an agile environment.\nStrong understanding of the SDLC and how modern web applications are built, tested, deployed, and maintained.\nHands-on experience with release management, including environments, versioning, CI/CD coordination, hotfixes, and production releases.\nProven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, Design, and Product.\nTechnical enough to follow architecture discussions, understand PR summaries, challenge estimates, and identify delivery risks.\nStrong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar.\nComfortable owning workflows, ticket quality, boards, and delivery processes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication - clear updates, focused meetings, and no ambiguity around ownership.\nStartup mindset: hands-on, decisive, adaptable, and comfortable creating structure where it doesn't already exist.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience as a developer or QA engineer.\nExperience with AWS-based infrastructure and deployments.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.\nScrum Master, PMP, SAFe, or similar certification.\nExposure to SOC 2 or compliance-driven software change management.\nSuccess in This Role\nReleases ship when the team says they will.\nDelivery risks and dependencies are surfaced before they become delays.\nEngineering, QA, Design, and Product always know what they own and what's coming next.\nSprint and release processes are consistent, visible, and predictable.\nProduct Managers can focus on product direction instead of chasing delivery.\nLeadership has clear visibility into timelines, blockers, and release status.\nThe development process gets stronger and more efficient over time.\nWhat We Offer\nWork directly with the founding and product teams.\nFully remote environment.\nFlexible schedule.\nFitness and Healthcare Allowance.\nCompetitive compensation.\nPerformance-based bonus structure.\nLong-term growth opportunities as the Product and Engineering organization scales.\nWhy is this one different?\nYou're not here to schedule meetings and chase people for updates.\nYou're the person who makes delivery predictable.\nProduct decides what should be built.
