Ubicación: 100% remoto - LATAM Modalidad: Jornada completa Nivel: Tech Lead / Lead Data Engineer Experiencia: 3-4 años en ingeniería de datos / cloud, con exposición a liderazgo técnico Idioma: Inglés profesional imprescindible (B2-C1 o superior) Propósito del puesto Buscamos un/a Tech Lead con experiencia en plataformas de datos en Microsoft Azure, especialmente Azure Synapse Analytics, para liderar técnicamente equipos de datos, definir arquitecturas y asegurar la entrega de soluciones escalables, seguras y de alta calidad. Se valorará especialmente el conocimiento de Microsoft Fabric para impulsar la evolución de la plataforma analítica. Funciones principales Liderar técnicamente al equipo de data engineering / analytics, aportando dirección técnica, revisión de código y mentoría. Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas de datos en Azure: ingesta, almacenamiento, procesamiento, modelado y explotación analítica. Implementar y optimizar soluciones con Azure Synapse Analytics (SQL pools, Spark pools, pipelines, integración con Data Lake). Definir y supervisar buenas prácticas de ingeniería: CI/CD, infraestructura como código, testing, observabilidad, seguridad y gobierno del dato.
