The Adjudication Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing all endpoint adjudication processes for a clinical trial.\nLocation: United States (Remote)\nWhat you will be doing:\nManages project(s) in a timely manner in adherence with ICON's SOP's, ICH-GCP, and appropriate regulations\n\nDelivers projects in accordance with the contract, timelines, and study budget\n\nIdentifies out of scope activities and initiates budget change orders and contract amendments\n\nPerforms project finance reporting activities\n\nAttends and presents at Investigator Meetings, Client Kick-Off Meetings, and other client meetings\n\nPerforms user acceptance testing of electronic endpoint adjudication system\n\nEnsures all necessary study specific training is provided to study team to improve performance and knowledge\n\nDevelops and maintains all trial documentation (i.e. Charter, Procedure Manual, Site Manual, Adjudication Forms, Communication Plan, System Requirement Specifications, Data Transfer Specifications, and Committee Training Manual)\n\nServes as the primary study contact for client and internal and external study teams\n\nLeads internal endpoint adjudication processing team\n\nDevelops and monitors endpoint adjudication processing workflows to maintain efficiency\n\nFacilitates the development of project reports and distributes reports to the study team\n\nImplements Quality Control measures for adjudication process and adjudication outcomes as necessary\n\nYour profile:\n2 years of project management experience in clinical research\n\nExperience with timeline and budget management\n\nEndpoint adjudication experience preferred\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nTime management skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently\n\nDetail-oriented\n\nBachelor’s degree\n\nEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.\nRewards & Benefits\nICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.\nBenefits may include:\nCompetitive base salary and performance related incentives\nHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicable\nRetirement and pension plans\nLife assurance and disability coverage\nEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources\nLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathways\nBenefits may vary depending on role and location.\nVisit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.\nInclusion and Accessibility\nICON is an equal opportunity employer.
