you will partner with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) are appropriately licensed, translated, and compliant with copyright requirements for use in client protocols, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nExecute licensing and translation agreements for studies utilizing internal and external measures across early-stage, late-stage, and Real-World Evidence studies.\nServe as a primary point of contact for questions related to the implementation of internal and external measures.\nIdentify contractual, licensing, translation, and copyright requirements and develop practical solutions that support business objectives.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support successful outsourcing outcomes.\nYour Profile:\nYou bring relevant Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA), licensing, and copyright experience, along with the following qualifications and skills:\nRequired Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nMinimum of one year of pharmaceutical industry experience, including experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).\nAbility to follow work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and procedures to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant completion of assigned responsibilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a strong commitment to quality and compliance.\nAbility to effectively manage a high-volume workload, prioritize competing assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nCollaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to support colleagues based on business needs and capacity.\nProactive mindset with the ability to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement, increased efficiency, and greater clarity.\nExperience with AI-enabled processes and tools, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.\nProficiency in
