You’ll work closely with cross-functional and multinational teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively, in line with study requirements, contracts, budgets, and applicable SOPs.\nWhat You Will Do:\nYour focus will be on coordinating project and programme management delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLead global cross-functional or single-service projects from initiation through closeout\nCoordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multinational teams\nManage project resources and help ensure they are used effectively\nMaintain oversight of project timelines, contracts, budgets, and deliverables\nFacilitate collaboration and communication across project teams and stakeholders\nSupport recruitment and retention activities when required\nContribute project management expertise to new business proposals and Bid Defense meetings, where applicable\nYour Profile:\nYou will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.\nRequired qualifications and experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.\nProven experience managing clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
