Coverage is primarily needed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with shifts typically lasting 5-6 hours.\nLocation: 100% on site- Salt Lake City UT\nWhat you will do: Ensure consistent and accurate processing of volunteer/subject registration in the volunteer database and all necessary actions prior to entry to the screening process. Recruits potential volunteers for clinical trials by taking inbound calls/queries, conducting phone screens, and scheduling screening appointments.\nKey responsibilities include:\nAnswering calls with potential study volunteers to determine initial study eligibility requirements\nExplaining study protocols to volunteers for each study during phone screening\nMaintaining accuracy of recruiting database and performs database queries\nResponsible for accurate processing of volunteer registration in the volunteer database and collecting all necessary documents needed prior to subject entry to the screening process\nResponsible for responding to all voice mail messages from study volunteers- Works as a member of the recruiting team to obtain a sufficient number of qualified volunteers for each study\nCollaborating with cross functional teams to develop effective recruitment strategies\nImplementing outreach programs to enhance participant engagement and ensure diverse trial enrollment\nUtilizing data analytics to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement\nContributing to the overall success of clinical trials by meeting recruitment targets and timelines\nYour Profile: You will bring relevant experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally within a call center, customer service, or healthcare/medical setting. You are comfortable managing both inbound and outbound calls and communicating professionally with a variety of individuals.
