The Data & Reporting Analyst II will track, report, analyze and present operational metrics to provide performance oversight and identify risks across the organization and/or Alliance Sponsor delivering trials to the highest customer standards.\nWhat You Will Do\nLeverage strong analytical skills to objectively interpret data from various sources, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.\nApply independent critical thinking to analyze problems, present data-driven solutions, and drive actions to meet business objectives.\nValidate and ensure the quality of data before initiating analysis, conducting quality checks on your work to maintain accuracy.\nCompose and deliver data outputs in a client-friendly manner, meeting established timelines and contractual requirements.\nCollaborate in the creation of dashboards and metrics, contributing your expertise to establish relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nCommunicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to understand reporting and analytical requirements and provide relevant training and support.\nYour Profile\nBachelor's degree in related field and 3+ years of related experience.\nProven experience in data analysis.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.\nProficiency in advanced data manipulation using tools such as Excel (including Python), PowerApps - PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot & PowerAutomate.
