This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership, commercial impact and team development while influencing the future direction of a rapidly expanding area of the business.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the strategic direction of global logistics and kit production operations.\nBuild, develop and mentor high-performing teams across multiple global locations.\nDrive operational excellence, process improvement and scalable supply chain solutions.\nDevelop strong partnerships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nOversee vendor governance, contract management and supplier performance.\nManage departmental budgets, revenue objectives and margin performance.\nEnsure quality, compliance and audit readiness across global operations.\nWhat You'll Bring\nSignificant leadership experience within global supply chain, logistics, clinical supplies or clinical trial operations.\nProven success leading international teams and complex operational environments.\nStrong commercial and financial acumen, including vendor and budget management.\nExperience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or clinical research industry.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.\nA strategic mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver business results.\nWhy ICON?\nThis is more than a leadership role.
