This group oversees the financial health of sponsor projects and portfolios, ensuring robust financial management and accountability.\nThe Finance Analyst will play a key role in the central reporting function, responsible for managing project information across Oracle, P&F, and OMR systems-including setup, maintenance, and closure. This role will also oversee the preparation and delivery of critical reports for the IPH service line, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to key stakeholders including PFA, MOF, and DOF.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSet up new projects in Oracle, P&F, and OMR systems based on costing template.\n\nMaintain and regularly update project information, including scope changes, budget revisions, and status updates.\n\nCoordinate with finance, project management, and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems.\n\nPerform periodic data validations and audits to ensure project records are complete, current, and compliant with internal controls.\n\nGenerate project-related reports as needed to support business decisions and stakeholder requirements.\n\nTake ownership of financial project closures, coordinating with finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reconciliation and reporting in the Oracle.\n\nReconcile revenue, billing, cash collections, and passthrough costs, applying rigorous data validation to maintain compliance and integrity.\n\nSystematically archive project closeout files on SharePoint, ensuring easy access and efficient review by stakeholders.\n\nPrioritize work effectively in a high-volume environment, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising accuracy or quality.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, resolve issues, and maintain workflow continuity.\n\nMonitor task progress and proactively communicate risks or delays to relevant stakeholders.\n\nMaintain accurate records, documentation, and status trackers to ensure transparency and audit-readiness.\n\nContinuously seek opportunities to improve task execution efficiency and reduce turnaround times.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal processes, standards, and policies in all work activities.\n\nExperience, Skills & Knowledge Requirement:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA or CMA semi qualified\n\nExperience working with enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, P&F, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nProficiency in Excel and experience handling large datasets is a plus.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nExcellent communication (written and oral) and influencing skills.\n\nExperience in project setup and maintenance is preferred\n\nEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.\nRewards & Benefits\nICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.\nBenefits may include:\nCompetitive base salary and performance related incentives\nHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicable\nRetirement and pension plans\nLife assurance and disability coverage\nEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources\nLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathways\nBenefits may vary depending on role and location.\nVisit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.\nInclusion and Accessibility\nICON is an equal opportunity employer.
