goals.\nWhat you could be doing\nYour responsibilities will vary depending on your experience and the client program you join, and may include:\nDeveloping, validating and maintaining statistical programs to support clinical trial analysis and reporting.\nCreating and reviewing analysis datasets and statistical outputs, including tables, listings and figures.\nWorking with programming languages and industry standards relevant to your client and programme, which may include R, SDTM and ADaM.\nCollaborating with biostatisticians and cross-functional clinical teams to deliver high-quality statistical outputs.\nPerforming quality control and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency and data integrity.\nContributing to programming strategy, process improvements, automation and standardisation.\nTaking greater ownership of studies and programming activities as your experience progresses, with opportunities to provide technical leadership and support other programmers.\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe’re interested in hearing from Statistical Programmers with various levels of experience and technical backgrounds.\nDepending on the client and opportunity, you may bring:\nExperience in statistical programming within clinical research, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.\nStrong programming skills relevant to clinical trials.\nExperience with R and/or CDISC standards such as SDTM and ADaM, depending on your area of expertise.\nKnowledge of clinical trial data, statistical analysis and reporting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nThe ability to collaborate effectively with biostatisticians and cross-functional teams.\nFor more experienced programmers, experience taking ownership of studies,
