Demonstrated self-sufficiency sourcing passive candidates without dedicated sourcing support- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience - in-house, agency, or executive search - including independent ownership of requisitions from sourcing through offer\n- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms\n- Strong candidate assessment skills and a track record of presenting calibrated slates with clear rationale\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience\n- Furthermore, as a federal government contractor, the Company maintains an affirmative action program which furthers its commitment and complies with recordkeeping and reporting requirements under certain federal civil rights laws and regulations, including Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended) and the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (as amended)\n- 8+ years of experience with search-firm or executive-search training and methodology\n- Experience operating within a structured recruiting playbook or Center of Excellence model\n- Experience recruiting technical or specialized roles -
