You’ll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with some of the brightest and the friendliest people in the sector, and you’ll be helping shape an industry.\nJob Location: Chennai\nJob Description:\nProvide oversight on Robotic Process Automation/system integrations/ArtificialIntelligence Machine Learning projects \nEnsure study level goals and objectives are consistently met to the highest standard of quality. \nProvide leadership to direct reports ensuring performance, goal and adequate utilisation\nEnsure project teams are consistent with client needs, expectations and contractual obligations\nReview project tasks and timelines and work with the extended project team to ensure activities are executed in a high-quality timely manner \nTypically manage teams of Junior professionals.\nProvides other general duties as required to support the company\nImpact:\nFocus on short term goals.\nProvides technical support to delivery teams Customer Relationship:\nMay have oversight of their teams projects\nSupports Manager in building and maintaining key customer relationships\nMay provide input on client facing meetings Resource Management\nFocuses on Staff utilisation and key deliverables\nOversight of staff goals Financial Management\nCoach and Mentor Staff People Leadership\nGood people management skills including coaching, interviewing and providing feedback and recognition\nProvides expertise on clinical systems development, and escalation support for issue resolution and contingency planning\nTypically leads single function of entry level professional employees\nEntry level to management\nTravel (approximately 10 %) domestic and/or international, when or if required.\nTypical minimum years of experience 8+ An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated\nBenefits of Working in ICON:\nOur success depends on the quality of our people.
