This documentation includes training presentations, site questionnaires, participant scanning guides, acquisition guides, data transmittal forms, and any additional study required documents. This position interfaces with the project manager and the medical team to ensure imaging protocol requirements and customer preferences are incorporated into the documentation. The Imaging Training Specialist will be responsible for developing automated or remote training presentations and delivering the remote training (via web conferencing software) to the individual or bundled sites within the study. The Imaging Training Specialist may also travel to train imaging sites or study team members on the imaging protocol. The Imaging Training Specialist will also provide ad hoc support to sites via email, teleconferences or phone calls.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nDeveloping study documentation and/or providing technical expertise in the creation of the study documentation, as needed.\nProviding technical support to sites during the entire study period, as needed.\nDeveloping and delivering follow-up training to improve site performance.\nDeveloping and delivering automated, voice-over training presentations.\nDeveloping and delivering remote training presentations.\nDelivering on site training, when required.\nDeveloping study documentation and/or providing technical expertise in the creation of the study documentation, as needed.\nMaintaining accurate onsite and remote training records.\nWorking closely with Medical & Scientific Affairs to develop customized imaging protocols.\nAssisting with cardiac documentation & training, if needed.\nDomestic and International Travel required up to 50% of the time\n Required qualifications and experience:\nRadiologic Technology (e.g. CT, MRI, cMRI), or equivalent experience in Medical Imaging.\nRelevant Work Experience: One to two years in a clinical research environment preferred.\nExperience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research industry.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.\nProficiency in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies, with experience in e-learning development tools being a plus.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring effective training delivery and documentation.\nA commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all training initiatives.\nEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.\nRewards & Benefits\nICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.\nBenefits may include:\nCompetitive base salary and performance related incentives\nHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicable\nRetirement and pension plans\nLife assurance and disability coverage\nEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources\nLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathways\nBenefits may vary depending on role and location.\nVisit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.\nInclusion and Accessibility\nICON is an equal opportunity employer.
