In this dynamic role, you'll supervise the team of Clinical Research Coordinators, oversee setup and management of cooperation with multiple Sites and Sponsors.\nWe’re looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator, who can act as Line Manager for the assigned team, within the specified area of responsibility.\nDuties associated with the role:\nHas direct line management responsibility for assigned staff (monitors task completion, engages and motivates team members, conducts performance reviews etc.)\nMonitors and supervises all administrative aspects of Site Resourcing Personnel as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts and reports preparation etc.;\nActs as immediate contact and maintains good relationships with Site Resourcing personnel, Sponsors and Sites;\nDevelops and adjust project guidelines and instructions, oversees project quality and compliance;\nEnsures that all employees from Site Resourcing Personnel have been provided with adequate accesses, materials and equipment;\nEnsures general training and provides targeted training sessions, along with quality control of all assigned staff;\nCoordinates communication within and across teams, work with vendors and partners to solve problems, assist in vendor negotiations;\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nDesired Skills and Experience:\nAt least 1 year of experience on the position of Study Coordinator, preferably more;\nVery good understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines;\nTeam management skills (previous managerial experience would be beneficial);\nAbility to work independently and efficiently with confidence and enthusiasm;\nGood planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage work schedule in accordance with priorities in changing environment;\nFluency in local office language and in English, both written and verbal;\nAbility to keep good and effective relationship with Sponsors and Sites, well-developed sense of discretion, tact and diplomacy;\nExcellent interpersonal skills, professional manner and ability to gain respect and good working relationship with company personnel at all levels;\nProficiency with computing software.\nTravel:\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally approximately 2-3 days a month in order to attend training sessions, meetings with Site Resourcing Personnel etc.\nEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.\nRewards & Benefits\nICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.\nBenefits may include:\nCompetitive base salary and performance related incentives\nHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicable\nRetirement and pension plans\nLife assurance and disability coverage\nEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources\nLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathways\nBenefits may vary depending on role and location.\nVisit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.\nInclusion and Accessibility\nICON is an equal opportunity employer.
