The Production Associate opportunity is a full-time role with excellent healthcare benefits, 401k matching, and generous PTO.\nAs a Production Associate I at ICON, you will support the production processes, product management, and innovation activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our partners and patients.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAssist in the coordination of production activities, including tracking workflows, managing inventory, and ensuring that production schedules are met.\nProcess work orders for kits and bulk supplies being sent to investigator sites (printing of documents, Barcodes, Requisition forms and kit production forms, assembly kits).\nIdentify discrepancies with work orders and enter information into a LIMS system that is utilized for metrics reporting with clients.\nCollaborate with the Project Management staff for work order modification.\nRefurbish incoming shipping boxes received from investigator sites.\nDisassemble supplies returned from investigator sites.\nAssist in training new employees.\nYour Profile:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, or higher.\nSome experience in a production, manufacturing, or related environment, great to have.\nStrong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, with good communication and problem-solving skills.\nProactive and eager to learn, with a commitment to supporting production goals and contributing to the success of the team.\nEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.\nRewards & Benefits\nICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.\nBenefits may include:\nCompetitive base salary and performance related incentives\nHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicable\nRetirement and pension plans\nLife assurance and disability coverage\nEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources\nLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathways\nBenefits may vary depending on role and location.\nVisit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.\nInclusion and Accessibility\nICON is an equal opportunity employer.
