The successful candidate will bring genuine familiarity with healthcare improvement as a domain and will be expected to understand the substance of the work well enough to engage credibly with internal and external stakeholders, proactively project manage the portfolio, synthesize findings, and anticipate risks and opportunities. This individual must have health systems acumen and be able to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders, lead without authority, have the ability to influence, communicate clearly, and work seamlessly with diverse teams.
