You will act as a key contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors while supporting process improvement, risk management, and high-quality project execution.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage the full lifecycle of Language Services projects from initiation through delivery and post-project review.\nDefine project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and client expectations.\nServe as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing communications, issues, and escalations.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and external language resources to ensure smooth project delivery.\nMonitor project performance against scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements, taking corrective action as needed.\nManage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing support, and profitability monitoring.\nIdentify risks, scope changes, and operational challenges early and implement mitigation plans.\nSupport quality management activities, including investigations, CAPA support, RCA/5 Whys, and process improvement initiatives.\nContribute to technology, automation, and workflow improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.\nMentor Associate Project Managers and junior team members, sharing project management best practices.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nYour Profile:\nRequired qualifications and experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline.\n3+ years of project management experience in translation, localization, language services, or clinical research.\nExperience managing life sciences translation projects, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or clinical research content.\nStrong project planning, financial management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.\nExperience supporting quality investigations, CAPA activities, and process improvement initiatives.\nProficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications.\nNative, professional, or advanced proficiency in Simplified Chinese, with fluent English communication skills.\nPMP certification preferred.\nCommitment to quality, compliance, and customer service.\nWillingness to travel occasionally, approximately 10%, when required.\nEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.\nRewards & Benefits\nICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.\nBenefits may include:\nCompetitive base salary and performance related incentives\nHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicable\nRetirement and pension plans\nLife assurance and disability coverage\nEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources\nLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathways\nBenefits may vary depending on role and location.\nVisit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.\nInclusion and Accessibility\nICON is an equal opportunity employer.
