As a Senior/Project Manager at ICON, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating project activities within our Biotech General Medicine portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and resource management to stakeholder communication and risk mitigation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients in a fast-paced global environment.\nWe are particularly interested in applications from individuals who have current CRO experience and have worked in one or more of the following therapy areas:Obesity, MASH/Hepatology, GI and Dermatology.\nIndication experience is our priority, we are open to applicants from both CRO and Pharma/Biotech background but you must have been a Project Manager responsible for the full study.\nRole Responsibilities:\nDeveloping and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.\nLeading cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.\nMonitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track.\nEngaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organisational objectives.\nPreparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.\nDriving effective project governance and ensuring adherence to agreed processes, quality standards, and delivery milestones.\nManaging project scope, change requests, and priorities while balancing client expectations and business objectives.\nContributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance.\nYour Profile:\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred, with significant experience in project management and team leadership.\nTherapeutic Experience: Dermatology, MASH/Hepatology, GI are our primary focus.
