Het betekent ook werken aan jezelf en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en groei van ICON.\nVoor de afdeling Sample Registration van ons laboratorium in Assen zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste nieuwe collega.\nAls Medewerker Sample Registration sta je aan het begin van het process van analyses binnen ons laboratorium. Een ontzettend belangrijke functie dus!\nIn deze functie staat zorgvuldig en servicegericht werken voorop. Samen met je team zorg je dat alle samples en goederen worden uitgepakt en geregistreerd in de systemen, zodat analisten tijdig met de analyses kunnen starten.\nHet bioanalytisch laboratorium van ICON is gevestigd in Assen. Hier worden met behulp van verschillende technieken analyses uitgevoerd van geneesmiddelen in samples afkomstig van projecten vanuit de hele wereld.\nWat ga je doen?\nJe bent werkzaam op het Sample Registration Office waar de samples en goederen binnenkomen, daarbij horen de volgende werkzaamheden:\nHoofdtaken:\nVerzorgen sample uitgifte / inname en de bij bijhorende administratieve handelingen\nBeheer en onderhoud aan vriezers\nZorgdragen voor sampleontvangst, controle en de administratieve registratie\nNeven taken van de afdeling:\nGoederenontvangst en de administratieve afhandeling\nBeheer chemicaliën voorraad en magazijn\nReferentiestoffen beheer en uitgifte\nAfhandelen van bestellingen\nWat breng jij mee?\nEen afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau 3 of niveau 4, bijvoorbeeld een voltooide opleiding MLO/laboratoriumtechniek, Logistiek of Administratief\nJe bent 32-40 uur beschikbaar\nJe kan zelfstandig en in een team werken\nJe hebt een flexibele instelling en bent communicatief vaardig in het nederlands\nVaardigheid met Microsoft Office, vooral Outlook, Excel en Access.\nWe bieden jou:\nEen uitdagende functie in een groeiend internationaal bedrijf binnen het klinische onderzoek met vestigingen in Groningen, Assen (standplaats) en Utrecht.
