This role requires an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in oncology clinical trials, with radiopharmaceutical experience highly desired.\nWhat You Will Do:\nYou will manage day-to-day project and programme management activities, supporting cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes. As the overall Project Lead, you will have end-to-end accountability for full-service studies, coordinating multiple functional areas and serving as a key point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the project.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDeveloping and executing project plans, focusing on achieving project goals and objectives across full-service clinical trials.\nProviding end-to-end project leadership across study start-up, conduct, and closeout, coordinating cross-functional clinical research activities and deliverables.\nLeading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of project activities and alignment against project timelines, objectives, and commitments.\nCollaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements, define project scope, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\nLeading complex oncology studies, with the ability to apply relevant oncology and radiopharmaceutical clinical research experience to project execution.\nMentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.\nDriving the development of project documentation and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.\nStaying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project management strategies.\nContributing to organizational growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning.\nYour Profil e:\nYou will have significant experience serving as the Project Lead/Project Manager for full-service clinical trials, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain oversight across the full study lifecycle.
