Missions
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver BuildOS, a software platform for design, construction planning, print execution, and fleet management.
- Run day-to-day delivery, partner with engineering leads, and connect the software team with robotics, field operations, and business development.
- Work with the Director of Digital Product Experience to shape the roadmap and make tradeoffs, bringing real delivery data into planning conversations.

- Clear communication across audiences. You can share a short update with a VP and dig into scope with an engineer in the same hour- Experience coordinating work between software and hardware, operations, or field teams
- Track record running delivery for a software product with multiple teams or modules
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of agile practices
- Comfort with shifting priorities. Construction work does not wait for a sprint to end
- Curiosity and a steady appetite to learn
- A history of protecting team capacity while keeping partner trust
- 8+ years in product management, technical program management, or a hybrid role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Strong fluency with Jira or similar tools. You have managed backlogs, sprint plans, and roadmaps at scale
- Ability to explain delivery status and tradeoffs to non-technical audiences and senior
