As a Site Partner at ICON, you will act as a strategic liaison between ICON and key investigator sites, strengthening relationships and supporting excellent study performance. You will champion site needs internally while helping sites navigate ICON processes and studies across their portfolio.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key investigator sites, acting as their primary ICON point of contact.\n\nSupporting sites across multiple studies by facilitating communication, addressing operational challenges, and escalating issues as needed.\n\nCollaborating with clinical operations, feasibility, and project teams to align site capabilities with study opportunities.\n\nGathering and sharing site feedback and insights to inform protocol design, feasibility assumptions, and process improvements.\n\nMonitoring performance metrics for partnered sites, including start-up timelines, recruitment, and quality, and driving improvement actions.\n\nContributing to site engagement strategies, tools, and best practices to enhance the overall site experience.\n\nYour Profile:\nBachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent clinical research experience.\n\nMinimum 2+ years of SSU experience within CRO/Pharma\n\nSubstantial experience in clinical research with strong exposure to site management, site partnerships, or site-facing roles.\n\nExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with credibility among investigators and site staff.\n\nGood understanding of clinical trial operations, site processes, and key drivers of recruitment and quality.\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.\n\nAbility to manage multiple sites and studies in a matrixed environment while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.\n\nEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.\nRewards & Benefits\nICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.\nBenefits may include:\nCompetitive base salary and performance related incentives\nHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicable\nRetirement and pension plans\nLife assurance and disability coverage\nEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resources\nLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathways\nBenefits may vary depending on role and location.\nVisit our careers site to read more about the benefits ICON offers.\nInclusion and Accessibility\nICON is an equal opportunity employer.
