In this role, you will serve as the operational lead for assigned studies, overseeing study execution, timelines, scheduling, inventory management, resource allocation, and study-related communications. You will play a critical role in ensuring studies are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.\nThis position is primarily focused on study oversight and project leadership while providing direct supervision and development for a team of approximately 4-5 laboratory analysts.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nServe as the operational lead for assigned studies, providing oversight of study execution, timelines, deliverables, and overall study performance.\nCoordinate study scheduling, inventory management, resource planning, and laboratory workflows to ensure project milestones and client expectations are achieved.\nPartner closely with laboratory analysts to ensure run packets, testing activities, and study deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.\nMonitor study progress and proactively address operational challenges to support successful project execution.\nParticipate in study-related meetings and provide project updates and operational support as needed.\nCoordinate daily laboratory activities and workload assignments to ensure efficient utilization of resources.\nEnsure compliance with SOPs, GxP requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.\nMaintain inspection readiness and support quality and compliance initiatives within the laboratory.\nIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution and delivery of client commitments.\nProvide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management support for a team of approximately 4-5 direct reports.\nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and scientific excellence.\nAs a member of staff, embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement by streamlining processes, adding value to the business, and meeting client needs.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nYour Profile\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on Flow Cytometry experience required.\nExperience working within a CRO, bioanalytical, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or other regulated laboratory environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading studies, projects, laboratory operations, or other operational activities.\nExperience with study scheduling, resource planning, inventory management, and workflow coordination.\nStrong understanding of GxP regulations, quality systems, and regulated laboratory operations.\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nBachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific discipline preferred.
