ICON, you will be essential in providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinical systems and technologies.\nWhat You Will Do:\nYour role will involve delivering scientific operations work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManage CAP, NGSP, and local PT/EQA programs, including sample ordering, distribution, result evaluation, investigation of unsatisfactory performance, and maintenance of compliance records.\nCoordinate and maintain Alternative Assessment (AA) and correlation studies to ensure ongoing compliance with CAP/CLIA and laboratory quality requirements.\nAct as the laboratory lead for Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.\nServe as the laboratory focal point for radiation safety, chemical safety, biosafety, and occupational health programs, including risk assessments, incident investigations, safety inspections, and corrective action follow-up.\nMaintain laboratory ESH documentation, safety permits, chemical inventories, SDS management, waste management records, and employee safety training records.\nPartner closely with the Facilities team to maintain a safe, compliant, and audit-ready laboratory environment, including support for internal audits, sponsor audits, CAP inspections, and regulatory inspections.\nCoordinate laboratory safety committees, emergency response preparedness, workplace inspections, and ESH improvement initiatives.\nOversee REES temperature monitoring system management, including user administration, alarm management, investigation follow-up, change control, and system compliance.\nManage laboratory environmental monitoring activities and support qualification, maintenance, and compliance activities for laboratory infrastructure and critical systems.\nCoordinate temperature mapping, qualification, monitoring, calibration, and compliance activities for laboratory refrigerators, freezers, incubators, environmental chambers, and other temperature-controlled equipment.\nMaintain laboratory equipment inventories, calibration schedules, preventive maintenance records, and qualification documentation to ensure continuous compliance.\nSupport document control, archive management, new test implementation activities, regulatory inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.\nYour Profile:\nYou will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.\nRequired qualifications and experience:\nDegree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related discipline.\nExperience in a Clinical Laboratory, Central Laboratory, Bioanalytical Laboratory, QA, Laboratory Compliance, or ESH environment.\nFamiliarity with CAP, CLIA, GCP, GLP, ISO 15189, PT/EQA, REES, laboratory equipment management, biosafety, chemical safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance programs.\nExperience managing laboratory temperature monitoring systems, equipment qualification, calibration programs, and audit/inspection readiness is highly preferred.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple compliance, quality, and ESH-related activities simultaneously.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.\nEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country
