reliability and accountability.\nHave a positive performance record and consistently meet the expectations of their current role.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for:\nLeading, coaching and motivating a team to achieve operational targets.\nMonitoring team performance and addressing performance gaps.\nProviding regular coaching, feedback and support to team members.\nEnsuring adherence to Payflex and iContact BPO processes, policies and procedures.\nManaging attendance, punctuality and overall team discipline.\nSupporting the team in achieving productivity, quality and customer service targets.\nIdentifying operational challenges and escalating issues where required.\nMaintaining accurate team performance records and reporting on key metrics.\nSupporting employee engagement and creating a positive team environment.\nWorking closely with Operations, Quality, Training and other support functions.\nActing as a role model and demonstrating the behaviours expected of a
