Objetivo del puesto

Administrar y auditar el inventario de líneas móviles y activos de telecomunicaciones corporativas, asegurando la conciliación entre sistemas (Service Now), reportes de proveedores y facturación en EE. UU.

Funciones principales

Auditoría y conciliación mensual de líneas móviles (CMDB vs. proveedores vs. inventario).

Gestión de transferencias de números inalámbricos, actualizaciones de EID y líneas liberadas.

Soporte a procesos de facturación de EE. UU. y reporte de líneas no activas (Verizon).

Actualización de portales/tiendas de movilidad y documentación operativa.

Requirements

Requisitos

Carrera: Ing. en Sistemas, Informática, Software o afín.

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en gestión de servicios de telecomunicaciones, movilidad o ITAM.

Inglés: Avanzado (B2/C1) indispensable (comunicación verbal y escrita con EE. UU.).

Herramientas: Dominio de Service Now, Excel avanzado, ERP
