We’d love to hear from you!\nWe are looking for a proficient Program Manager with strong strategic project and program management and leadership experience to lead and coordinate large-scale initiatives across consulting, managed services and creative operations engagements.\nThis role is responsible for aligning strategic objectives with execution, overseeing a portfolio of projects while ensuring unified delivery across cross-functional teams. Program Manager will lead the overall work efforts of project teams and is accountable for managing programs and projects through entire lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate brings deep program and project leadership experience, knowledge of marketing and content operations, and the ability to drive outcomes for enterprise clients through structured, service-oriented delivery.\nHow you will make an impact:\nLead programs across multiple consulting and managed service engagements related to marketing operations, digital content, and marketing technology.\nServe as the primary point of coordination between internal delivery teams, client stakeholders, and vendor partners.\nAlign program objectives with client business goals, ensuring outcomes are measurable, scalable, and strategically sound.\nManage interdependent project timelines, risks, and resources while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.\nProactively identify risks and dependencies; facilitate resolution and escalate issues where necessary.\nTrack agreed upon project metrics, milestones, and resources to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes as defined by the Scope of Work.\nDevelop program reporting and tracking framework and benchmarks. \nTranslate project challenges into clear plans of action across teams.\nMaintain governance structures, reporting cadences, and stakeholder communications at both strategic and operational levels.\nCollaborate with account leadership to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize delivery performance.\nDrive process maturity, knowledge-sharing, and standardization across engagements.\nMaintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering operational clarity, trusted leadership, and transparent communication.\nEstablish policies and procedures and best practices for program and project management.\nProvide updates on project portfolio performance and delivery resource management.\nManage internal & external project resources.\nDevelops strong working relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders.\nRecognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes project plan activities. \nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.\nExperience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and large, complex initiatives.\nStrong command of project management frameworks including PMBOK, Agile, and hybrid models.\nProficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, Monday.\nFamiliarity with CMS, DAM, PIM, eCommerce, MarTech, or related digital systems.\nFamiliarity with product development lifecycle.\nStrong understanding of Content Management and digital content ecosystems.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, lead teams, and engage stakeholders.\nPreferred:\nPMP or equivalent project management certification.\nAgile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).\nExperience with API integrations, platform configuration, and cloud/SaaS implementations.\nTechnical understanding of web development, content architecture, or digital product workflows.\nExperience coaching or mentoring others in project management practices.\nKnowledge of change management methodologies.\nBackground in creative or marketing operations a plus.\nSomeone who exemplifies our ICP Values:\nCurious: Always learning, eager to explore endless possibilities.\nInclusive: Diversity is our strength.
